5.7.2 Abnormal Operation

Due to hardware failures, bugs or intentional actions, Checker may generate state signatures that do not match the Verifier’s results.

Verifier will publish the correct signatures through gossip, which will trigger a new round of elections.

Verifiers who support incorrect sequences will be subject to a slashing penalty, and their margin will be reduced.
