5.4 Voting

Checker is expected to be able to publish the state signature within the agreed-upon time. Each verifier must confirm this signature by publishing their own state signature. Votes are only simple approvals and there are no dissenting votes.

If the super majority of verifiers vote within the corresponding time, then this branch will be accepted as valid.
