CCC promotion and AMA (Ask Me Anything)
Month 2-3: Community Identification and Positioning
Identify the target audience, conduct market research, understand user needs, and clarify the characteristics and positioning of the community.
Month 3: Team Building
Establish a community management team, which includes roles such as community administrators, community managers, social media operators, etc.
Phase II: Community Building and Promotion (Months 4-6)
Month 4: Online Platform Development
Create an online platform for the community, choosing suitable social media platforms, forums, or dedicated community websites and set up the basics.
Month 5: Content Creation and Sharing
Publish community introduction and guidelines, and encourage community members to create and share content related to digital currencies, such as tutorials, news, analysis, etc.
Month 6: Community Promotion Events
Carry out community promotion events, including social media campaigns, partnership promotions, referral incentives, etc., to attract more users to participate.
Phase III: Learning and Interaction (Months 7-9)
Month 7: Digital Currency Learning Series
Initiate a digital currency learning series of activities, including online webinars, tutorial videos and article sharing, to enhance community members’ understanding of digital currencies.
Month 8: Expert Lectures and AMA (Ask Me Anything)
Invite experts in the field of digital currency to give online lectures and AMA sessions, engaging with community members and answering their questions.
Month 9: Technical Discussions and Sharing
Organize technical discussion and sharing events to encourage community members to share their development experiences, technical insights, and promote technical exchanges.
Phase IV: Community Engagement and Contribution (Months 10-12)
Month 10: Developer Challenge
Initiate a developer challenge to encourage community members to propose innovative digital currency applications, rewarding the best solutions.
Month 11: User Feedback and Improvement Plan
Launch a user feedback campaign to understand the needs and opinions of community members and develop a community improvement plan.
Month 12: Annual Community Year-End Review and Outlook
Summarize the community’s annual activities and achievements, provide an outlook on future development, express gratitude for the contributions of community members, and initiate plans for the new year.
